Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise a team of dock staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve dock productivity and efficiency, including optimizing workflows and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of dock operations.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
