Retail Sales Manager

At Shell Gas station, we are seeking a highly skilled Retail Sales Manager to lead our sales and customer service team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer service, with the ability to motivate and direct a team to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct and Control Daily Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Evaluate Daily Operations: Regularly evaluate the performance of the store, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement plans to achieve sales targets, including setting goals and objectives for the team.
- Manage Staff and Assign Duties: Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales and customer service staff, assigning duties and responsibilities as needed.
- Study Market Research and Trends: Stay up-to-date with market research and trends, using this information to inform sales and marketing strategies.
- Determine Merchandise and Services: Determine the types of merchandise and services to be sold, ensuring that they meet the needs of our customers.
- Implement Price and Credits Policies: Develop and implement price and credits policies, ensuring that they are fair and competitive.
- Locate, Select, and Procure Merchandise: Source and procure merchandise and services, ensuring that they meet our quality standards.
- Plan Budgets and Monitor Revenues and Expenses: Develop and manage budgets, monitoring revenues and expenses to ensure that the store is operating efficiently.
- Determine Staffing Requirements: Determine the staffing requirements of the store, ensuring that we have the right people in place to meet our sales targets.
- Resolve Issues: Resolve any issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
- Work Under Pressure: Work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Time Management: Manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and responsibilities to meet deadlines.
- Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues, ensuring that we provide excellent customer service.
- Organized: Maintain a high level of organization, ensuring that all tasks and responsibilities are completed efficiently and effectively.
