Retail Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Manager to join our team at Chevron Town Pantry. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Merchandise Planning: Plan and implement merchandise displays and promotions to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and support, resolving any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, stock control, and cash handling.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail sales environment, or equivalent experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced retail environment with a high level of customer interaction.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move quickly and efficiently around the store.
