Retail Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Manager to join our team at Chevron Town Pantry. As a Retail Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and providing exceptional customer service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and develop strategies to promote them to customers.
- Recruit, train, and develop sales associates to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Monitor and control inventory levels, and ensure that stock is accurately priced and displayed.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to achieve business objectives.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail sales or management role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and practices.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Fast-paced retail environment.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Physical demands of the job include standing for long periods, lifting up to 25 pounds, and bending.
