The Role Overview

Stealth Recruiting Services is seeking an experienced Private Equity Associate to join its thriving London team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in private equity transactions and possess excellent technical and drafting skills.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will work closely with private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, and management teams on various complex transactions. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Drafting and negotiating transaction documents
  2. Providing market knowledge of typical terms and structures in private equity deals
  3. Working independently and collaboratively as part of a team
