Black & McDonald is seeking a highly skilled Contract Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional service to our clients and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client contracts and agreements, ensuring timely and accurate execution
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate and facilitate contract renewals, amendments, and terminations
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including contract performance metrics and revenue projections
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Competency Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
Education Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business administration or related field preferred
Skills and Abilities
  • 1-3 years of experience in a contract administration or related role
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in MS Office and contract management software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
