Compensation PackageThe estimated annual salary for this role is $45,000-$60,000 CAD, depending on experience.
Job Responsibilities- Greet customers and direct them to available mechanics.
- Consult with mechanics regarding necessary repairs and possible alternatives to expensive repairs.
- Use your knowledge of our products and services to sell or provide in-depth information about available parts and service options to customers.
- Answer questions about service outcomes and scheduling and booking appointments, vehicle drop-off, and vehicle pick-up.
- Provide customers with information and advice on warranty protections, potential cost savings, and the advantages of trading in versus fixing their car.
- Manage and oversee the dealership's workflow and schedule.
- Call customers to advise them about service changes or car pick-up times.
- Maintain positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Ensure all details on services rendered and costs are related to customers and process their payments.
- Liaise with service technicians about parts ordering and ensure parts are available when needed.
- A cheerful, self-motivated, kind, and enthusiastic individual who enjoys learning something new.
- A valid driver's license.
- Ability to operate a manual transmission vehicle (asset but willing to teach if the right fit).
