Job Summary:
Health Careers in Sask is seeking a highly skilled Medical Professional to join our team as a Home Care Nurse. In this role, you will provide professional nursing care to meet the physical, psychological, rehabilitative, and emotional needs of clients.

About the Role:
This is a full-time temporary position with an estimated salary range of $38,580 to $50,070 per year, based on experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing nursing assessment and delivery for clients under the direction of the Community Care Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional nursing care to meet the physical, psychological, rehabilitative, and emotional needs of clients
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) degree from a recognized institution
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
- Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)
- Registration or eligibility with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS) and the Registered Psychiatric Nurses Association of SK
