Parts Technician Specialist

To fulfill Pattison Agriculture’s vision of GROWING, CONNECTING AND EVOLVING, we are seeking a skilled Parts Technician to join our Parts Department in a dynamic role. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling, receiving, and delivering parts and accessories in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service experience to internal and external customers
- Perform stocking duties and maintain a well-organized parts room
- Respond to phone inquiries related to the parts department
- Provide expert advice to customers on additional parts that may be beneficial to a repair or service
- Assist in other areas of the parts department as needed
Requirements:
- Robust customer service skills to internal and external customers
- Parts and machinery knowledge
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Experience working with software systems
- Ability to lift heavy parts
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work flexible/extended hours and weekends
- Farming background/experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience within a Parts Department environment
- Journeyman Parts Designation (considered an asset)
