We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized High Rise Construction Project Administrator to support our project management team in the successful execution of high-rise construction projects.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated individual to gain valuable experience on high-profile construction projects and contribute to the success of our team.

The selected candidate will play a crucial role in assisting with project documentation, communication, scheduling, and administrative tasks, ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Administration: Assist with the preparation and distribution of project documents (contracts, drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals).
  • Maintain organized project files and records (both physical and electronic).
  • Track and manage project submittals and approvals.
  • Assist with the preparation of meeting minutes and project reports.
  • Communication and Coordination: Facilitate communication between project team members, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Assist with the coordination of project meetings and site visits.
  • Track and follow up on action items and deliverables.
  • Scheduling and Cost Control: Assist with the development and maintenance of project schedules.
  • Track project costs and provide updates to the Project Manager.
  • Assist with the procurement of materials and equipment.
  • Quality Control and Safety: Assist with the implementation of quality control measures.
  • Monitor site safety and report any concerns to the Project Manager.
  • Other Duties: Provide general administrative support to the project team.
  • Assist with project closeout procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in construction project coordination, preferably in high-rise construction.
  • Key Skills: Strong understanding of construction processes and terminology.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project) is an asset.
