Event Planning Tutor Opportunity

The role of the Event Planning Tutor is crucial in supporting learners in the assimilation of skills covered by their course. This position enriches the learning experience by bringing a practical dimension to theoretical concepts explored on our online training platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare structured virtual sessions with a combination of activities and exercises that help learners master the skills of the course;
  • Facilitate virtual sessions, once every two weeks, in the evenings;
  • Follow administrative procedures;
  • Academic follow-up of learners;
  • Respond to learners' messages and facilitate discussion forums.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Event Planning, Marketing, or Business;
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the field of planning;
  • Bilingual (French/English);
  • Experience in education is an asset;
  • Proficient in OFFICE suite, MICROSOFT 365 (TEAMS);
  • Knowledge of MOODLE, one August;
  • Proficiency in OMNIVOX is an asset.

This role involves interaction with internal and external clients and partners on a national and global scale. Professional proficiency in English is therefore a requirement for this role.
