We are a dynamic and fast-paced company seeking an organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to join our team.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for determining and establishing office procedures and routines, scheduling and confirming appointments, answering telephone calls and messages, and compiling data and statistics. They will also order office supplies, maintain inventory, arrange travel itineraries, and greet people directing them to contacts or service areas. Additionally, they will set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, type and proofread correspondence and documents using MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Windows.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field (Secondary school graduation certificate)
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or administrative role (Experience is an asset)
