We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Tour Coordinator Team Leader to join our team at FLYRO.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, establishing work schedules and procedures, and resolving work problems. They will also assist clients/guests with special needs, coordinate, assign and review work, and hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Work Environment

This is a permanent full-time position working 32-40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent client focus.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include overtime pay, opportunities for professional development, and a supportive work environment.
