Job Title: Bookkeeper

M.A.S IMMIGRATION CONSULTANT LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
  • Calculate fixed assets and depreciation
  • Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
  • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
  • Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
  • Prepare tax returns
  • Prepare trial balance of books
  • Reconcile accounts
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Ability to work independently
  • Attention to detail
  • Fast-paced environment
  • Overtime required
  • Repetitive tasks
  • Tight deadlines
  • Work under pressure
