Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team at Days Inn. As a Housekeeping Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean and disinfect hotel rooms, including floors, surfaces, and fixtures, to ensure a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Laundry and Linen: Wash, dry, and fold laundry, as well as restock linen closets with clean towels and linens.
  • Housekeeping Tasks: Perform light housekeeping duties, such as dusting, vacuuming, and polishing furniture and fixtures.
  • Guest Services: Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests for extra supplies or other items, and addressing any complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
Work Environment

Our hotel is a dynamic and fast-paced environment, and as a Housekeeping Room Attendant, you will be working in a team to ensure the smooth operation of our hotel. You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings, and may be required to work on weekends and holidays.
