Job Title: Housekeeping Room Attendant

At Flamingo Inn, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team. As a Housekeeping Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our guest rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, and stock linen closets.
  • Disinfection and Sanitation: Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, disinfect operating rooms and other areas, and clean and disinfect elevators.
  • Guest Services: Handle and report lost and found items, attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, and provide basic information on facilities.
  • Housekeeping Operations: Pick up debris and empty trash containers, wash windows, walls, and ceilings, and clean changing rooms and showers.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, repetitive tasks, physically demanding, and attention to detail.
  • Physical Demands: Bending, crouching, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
