Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective HR strategies to support business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR programs and initiatives.
- Proactively analyze HR policies, programs, and procedures to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
- Provide guidance and coaching to leaders and employees on people strategies along the employee life cycle.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a related setting.
- A professional HR designation such as CPHR or working towards obtaining a CPHR certification is an asset.
- Experience with fully integrated HRIS applications (UKG Pro is used at Canpotex and is preferred).
