About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Support Worker to join our team at Marion Gozlan. As a key member of our staff, you will provide exceptional care and support to children in a residential setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assume full responsibility for household management in the absence of parents.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, ensuring a safe and healthy environment.
  • Wash, iron, and press clothing and household linens.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals to meet the children's dietary needs.
  • Supervise and care for children, promoting their emotional well-being and development.
  • Help children with homework and encourage their educational growth.

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
