Job Title: Home Support Worker

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at Private Home. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide essential care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications and assist with personal care tasks such as bathing and grooming
  • Assist with daily living activities, including feeding, dressing, and mobility
  • Provide companionship and engage in activities that promote mental and physical well-being
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
