Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at EGGSMART OAKVILLE. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory.
  • Supervise and train specialist chefs, chefs, cooks, and other kitchen staff to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Plan and execute menus that meet quality standards and cater to customer preferences.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Ensure a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to food safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a senior culinary role.
  • Safe Food Handling certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
