Moulding Technician

Job Summary:
The Moulding Technician is a critical member of the Roseburg Forest Products team, responsible for ensuring the highest quality products are produced while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with operators and management to address any quality or equipment issues
- Monitor and report on production metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Troubleshoot machine performance and make adjustments as needed
- Ensure Gesso coating and sanders are producing moulding to quality specifications
- Communicate with team members to coordinate efforts and ensure smooth production
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Working Conditions:
