Veterinary Professional Role Overview

We are currently welcoming an Internist to join our team of highly engaged and professional veterinary professionals at Toronto Veterinary Emergency Hospital.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Diagnose and manage diseases affecting internal systems and organs.
  • Understand the importance of collaborating with pet owners and the support team to provide the best treatment possible.
  • Operate various medical equipment and perform medical procedures related to small animal oncology.
  • Provide expert patient care and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Additional Qualifications and Benefits

  • Board-certified or eligible with a Veterinarian degree (DVM).
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience performing small animal procedures related to internal medicine.
  • Determining an appropriate course of treatment or therapies.
  • Managing chemotherapy side effects.
