Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000-$105,000 CAD, commensurate with experience.

Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned executive to oversee the implementation of organizational policies and programs, allocate resources effectively, and establish financial and administrative controls. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management and be able to formulate or approve policies and programs that drive business growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • a college education
  • 3-4 years of experience in a similar position
  • strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • ability to adapt to changing circumstances
  • experience in operations management and human resources planning
