Job Title: Home Support Worker

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at Maximum Home Support Services.

Job Summary:

The Home Support Worker will provide personal care and support to clients in their homes, assisting with daily living activities, household chores, and meal preparation.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with household chores, such as laundry, cleaning, and meal preparation
  • Support clients with daily living activities, such as medication management and appointment scheduling
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and caregivers
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and caregivers to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience working with seniors, adults, or individuals with disabilities an asset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting
