Job Title: Home Support Worker

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at Maximum Home Support Services. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide personal care and support to clients in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals
  • Accompany clients on outings and provide transportation
  • Monitor and report any changes in client's condition or behavior
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
