Job Summary:

The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating and managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion, and meeting budget requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of contractors, staff, and volunteers to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Quality Control: Establish and implement quality control programs to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.
  • Budgeting: Prepare and manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking, and reporting.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure project success.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular project reports to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in construction project management.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and experience with project management software.
