We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant/Circulation Coordinator to join our team at Black Press Media in Port Hardy. As a key member of our sales administration team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and coordinating circulation activities.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping
- Coordinate circulation activities, including processing subscriptions, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues
- Assist with training and development of new team members
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
**Requirements:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
