Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Lead to join our team. As a Sales Lead, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of store operations. If you have a passion for retail, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by providing exceptional customer service, promoting products, and driving sales initiatives.
  • Assist in training and developing sales associates to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide outstanding customer experiences.
  • Monitor and maintain store appearance, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and loss prevention.
  • Supervise and manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory control.
  • Collaborate with store management to achieve sales goals, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain a positive store culture.
  • Provide feedback, coaching, and accountability to sales associates to ensure they meet performance expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and initiatives to ensure compliance and effective implementation.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a sales or leadership role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform other tasks as required.
