Senior Salesforce Developer

At CB Canada, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team. As a key member of our engagement team, you will provide technical leadership to our development teams, ensuring the successful implementation of Salesforce solutions that meet our clients' business needs.

About the Role

We are looking for a candidate with relevant consulting experience, a strong technical knowledge of Salesforce, and excellent problem-solving skills. You will work closely with our clients and internal teams to understand business requirements and develop technical solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical leadership to development teams and ensure the successful implementation of Salesforce solutions
  • Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements and develop technical solutions
  • Develop and maintain technical designs, prototypes, and process designs
  • Conduct research, data analysis, and create reports to support business decisions
  • Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products
  • Assist in proposal development and provide technical guidance to the team
Requirements
  • Relevant consulting experience with Salesforce
  • Strong technical knowledge of Salesforce and integration experience
  • Experience leading/managing a work stream on full-cycle enterprise implementations
  • Experience working with customers and other team members to understand business requirements and business process analysis
  • Document detailed business, functional, and technical requirements
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
Additional Qualifications
  • 5+ years of consulting and/or CRM/ERP implementation experience
  • 4 full-life-cycle Salesforce implementations with strong expertise in 2 of the following Salesforce modules: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Force.com, Field Service, CPQ
  • Experience managing at least two large-scale full-life-cycle implementations of CRM/ERP solutions
  • Salesforce certification is a must
