About the Role

Ramboll, a global multi-disciplinary engineering, design, and consultancy company, is seeking an experienced Principal, Risk Assessment/Toxicology to join our Health Sciences team as a key leader in business development and projects focused on Risk Assessment and Community Health.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue business opportunities that leverage Ramboll's technical expertise and global reputation.
  • Manage projects, clients, and regulatory agency relations with excellence.
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS through trust, open communication, and understanding client needs.
  • LEAD INITIATIVES to strengthen and deepen individual client relationships.
  • Demonstrate thought leadership through activities like presenting scientific findings, testifying at hearings, and participating in scientific meetings.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across disciplines and business units.
  • Guide staff in their careers and promote staff development.

About You

We are looking for an exceptional professional with:

An academic degree in Public Health, Health Sciences, Environmental Sciences, or related discipline.15+ years of experience in scientific consulting, including successful business development.Credentialed with the Society of Contaminated Sites Approved Professionals (CSAP).Registered as a Qualified Environmental Professional in a relevant area.Strong written and oral communication skills.Ability to develop trusted advisor relationships with external clients and internal staff.

Salary Transparency Statement

This Principal role is likely to be compensated at an annual base salary between $165,000 and $225,000. Actual pay may be more or less, depending on numerous factors.
