Job Title: Concierge Security Guard North York

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Concierge Security Guard to join our team at Condor Security in North York. As a Concierge Security Guard, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the safety and security of our clients, and maintaining a professional reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide "hotel-style" front desk Concierge customer service and administrative tasks
  • Build and maintain a professional reputation through effective communication and conflict resolution
  • Ensure property rules and regulations are followed and maintained
  • Provide support to Property Management, Contractors, and other property staff as required
  • Participate in training and professional development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence in good standing
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proven customer service experience of 2 or more years
  • Enthusiastic about working as part of a responsible and capable team
  • Outgoing personality who enjoys interaction with people at a professional level
  • Standard First Aid and Level "C" CPR certification is an advantage
  • Other industry recognized certifications or experience is an advantage
