Job Summary

Aquaticare Physical Therapy DBA Empower PT & Fitness is seeking a highly skilled Merchandising Team Lead to join our team in Canada. As a Merchandising Team Lead, you will be responsible for merchandising and resetting products at retail accounts to ensure customer and client expectations are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reset Activity, Shelf Conditions, and Schematics Completion: Implement customer-approved schematics, planograms, and MODs with all items tagged and approved by store management.
  • Customer Relations: Communicate effectively both internally to Advantage Solutions management and externally with customers.
  • Administration/Reporting: Complete accurate and timely reporting, recaps, timesheets, expense reports, etc.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
  • Field of Study/Area of Experience: Retail, Consumer Package Goods (CPG), or merchandising products at retail accounts.
  • Experience: 0-2 years of experience in retail merchandising and/or selling.
Physical and Environmental Requirements

The incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed in a retail in-store environment. Typically requires the ability to spend 66%+ hours each work day engaging in considerable physical activity, ability to lift and/or push up to 35 kgs, stand on feet for long periods of time, and may be required to work in extremely cold conditions (i.e. refrigerated and freezer sections).
