We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Engineering Student - Training Department Intern to join our team at Raytheon Technologies. As a member of our Training Department, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects that will help you develop your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the development of new training programs to support our Operations, EHS, and Quality Assurance Departments.
- Work with outside vendors to provide specialized training and support the delivery of new training methods.
- Communicate effectively with plant employees, management, and production supervisors to ensure successful project implementation.
- Participate in committee meetings to discuss and implement sustainable factory, industrial hygiene, joint occupational health and safety, change management, and other initiatives.
- Be enrolled in a Canadian university throughout the internship.
- Pursuing a degree in Engineering.
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken/written). French is an asset.
- Organizational skills and ability to work under pressure with competing and varying priorities.
- Project management skills.
