We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Procurement Specialist to join our team at 1700 Lee Chen Inc. As a key member of our procurement department, you will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing general and specialized equipment, materials, and business services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Purchase and Procurement
    • Purchase general and specialized equipment, materials, or business services to meet the needs of our organization.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
  • Requirements Analysis
    • Analyze the requirements of our organization to develop specifications for equipment, materials, and supplies to be purchased.
  • Negotiation and Contracting
    • Negotiate offers from suppliers to ensure the best possible terms and conditions.
    • Determine contract terms and conditions, including delivery schedules and payment terms.
  • Staff Management
    • Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure effective procurement operations.
  • Problem Resolution
    • Monitor progress of delivery schedules and resolve any issues that may arise.
    • Contact clients and suppliers to resolve any problems or concerns.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Experience
    • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
  • Language
    • Fluent in English.
  • Work Hours
    • 30 hours per week.
