Procurement Specialist

TK HOME is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for purchasing general and specialized equipment, materials, and business services.
Key Responsibilities:- Purchase equipment, materials, and services that meet the requirements of our organization.
- Develop specifications for equipment, materials, and supplies to be purchased.
- Negotiate offers from suppliers and consult with them to ensure the best possible deals.
- Supervise staff and review quotations to determine the best value for our organization.
- Award contracts to appropriate parties and establish delivery schedules.
- Monitor progress of delivery schedules and contact clients and suppliers to resolve any issues that may arise.
- Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of our organization.
- Provide excellent customer service to our clients.
- Valid driver's license.
- Permanent work term.
- Work language: English.
- Hours: 30 to 50 hours per week.
