Are you passionate about uncovering the truth and making a real difference? Do you have a knack for analysis and problem-solving? As a Digital Forensics Specialist with ENGINEERINGUK, you will play a critical role in helping our clients navigate complex digital landscapes.
About the Role:
- Forensic Investigations: Assist in executing client engagements involving fraud investigations, litigation support, risk assessments, and other specialized proceedings or regulatory inquiries for various industries and disputes.
- Economic Loss Claims: Calculate and analyze economic loss claims, provide commercial advice, prepare financial statements, and trace funds/accounts.
- Financial Data Analysis: Analyze financial data and contribute to the development of independent expert financial reports and financial models.
- Project Management: Develop project plans and coordinate project logistics with clients and stakeholders.
- Technical Expertise: Provide industry and technical expertise through client interactions, research, analysis, reports, technical work, management presentations, proposals, and high-quality deliverables.
- Innovation and Client Relationships: Identify ways to deliver added value to clients; ensure client needs are met and relationships grow and develop.
- Business Development: Participate in business development initiatives and contribute to competitive proposal preparation and delivery.
- Collaboration and Professional Development: Work collaboratively with the client engagement team and begin the CFF program within 2 years of joining the firm.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Maintain flexibility to travel as necessary.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting.
- Certifications: Completion of, or working towards, a CPA. CFE designation, or plan to obtain the designation within 2 years.
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of public accounting experience; advisory or consulting experience is considered an asset.
- Reliability Status: Ability to obtain Reliability Status through the Government of Canada Contract Security Program.
- Technical Skills: Experience in advanced Excel and/or databases is an asset.
Estimated Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
