Job Title: Information Systems Manager

We are seeking an experienced Information Systems Manager to join our team at Enterprisemarketdesk Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign IT projects to systems analysts, programmers, and other computer technicians
  • Direct and control daily operations, ensuring efficient use of resources
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Plan and organize daily operations, prioritizing tasks and resources
  • Review operational reports to assess compliance with software and hardware requirements
  • Supervise computer analysts, engineers, programmers, technicians, and other personnel, providing guidance and support
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for information systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards
  • Meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines, ensuring effective communication
  • Manage incidents, resolving technical issues and minimizing downtime
  • Project management, overseeing IT projects from initiation to completion
  • Plan and manage budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in information technology (IT) service delivery
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise applications integration (EAI) and Workday
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to evaluate complex technical issues
Work Environment:
  • On the road job, with occasional travel required
  • 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work overtime as needed
  • Permanent position, with opportunities for career growth and development
