Information Systems Manager

At Enterprisemarketdesk Inc., we are seeking an experienced Information Systems Manager to lead our IT operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing and controlling daily operations, evaluating daily operations, and planning and controlling budget and expenditures. They will also be responsible for reviewing operational reports to assess compliance with software and hardware requirements, supervising computer analysts, engineers, programmers, technicians, and other personnel, and establishing and implementing policies and procedures for information systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise applications integration, project implementation, and IT service delivery. They will be able to manage incidents, plan and manage budgets, and meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines. Additionally, they will have experience in project management, transportation/travel information, and screening questions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assigning IT projects to systems analysts, programmers, and other computer technicians
  • Directing and controlling daily operations
  • Evaluating daily operations
  • Planning and controlling budget and expenditures
  • Reviewing operational reports to assess compliance with software and hardware requirements
  • Supervising computer analysts, engineers, programmers, technicians, and other personnel
  • Establishing and implementing policies and procedures for information systems
  • Meeting with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines
  • Managing incidents
  • Project management
  • Planning and managing budgets
