We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Red Leaf Auto Care Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events, as well as managing daily operations and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Manage daily operations, including opening and distributing mail and other materials
  • Provide customer service and respond to employee questions and complaints
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information
  • Perform data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility and adaptability
