Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team at Holcim. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling maintenance activities to ensure the efficient operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities

•Safety:

  • Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Develop and implement safety protocols to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.

Maintenance Planning:

  • Plan and schedule maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize equipment availability.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure regular maintenance and repairs are performed.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.

MMS (SAP):

  • Manage and maintain the SAP system to ensure accurate and up-to-date maintenance records.
  • Develop and implement procedures to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Provide training and support to maintenance teams on the use of SAP.

Cost Control:

  • Develop and implement cost control procedures to ensure accurate tracking of maintenance costs.
  • Monitor and analyze maintenance costs to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce maintenance costs.

Shutdown Planning:

  • Plan and coordinate shutdown activities to ensure minimal disruption to production.
  • Develop and implement shutdown schedules to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely completion of shutdown tasks.

Goal Setting:

  • Develop and implement goals and objectives for the maintenance team.
  • Monitor and analyze team performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify and implement opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in maintenance processes.
  • Develop and implement procedures to ensure data-driven decision making.
  • Provide training and support to maintenance teams on the use of data analytics.

Relationship with Others:

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with maintenance teams, production teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively with teams to ensure clear understanding of maintenance plans and schedules.
  • Provide training and support to teams on the use of maintenance software.

Qualification Profile

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Planner with a strong background in maintenance planning and scheduling. The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance planning and scheduling.
