About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Carpentry Specialist to join our team at GFoundation Corp.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare detailed layouts and designs in accordance with building codes and regulations.
  • Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join various materials, including wood, wood substitutes, and lightweight steel.
  • Install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware, ensuring precise fit and finish.
  • Schedule and coordinate work on construction sites, prioritizing tasks and resources.
  • Train and supervise apprentices, promoting a culture of excellence and safety.
  • Estimate costs and materials, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.
  • Maintain, repair, and renovate residential and commercial properties, including wooden structures in various industries.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in carpentry or a related field.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work at heights, in noisy and dusty environments, and outdoors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Reliability, team player, and values-driven individual.
