About the Role

The Dufferin-Peel Catholic District School Board is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the position of Associate Director of Education and Instructional Services. This role will play a critical part in leading the Board's instructional programs and services, ensuring that students receive a high-quality education that meets their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of instructional programs and services that align with the Board's strategic plan.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Education and other senior leaders to ensure effective communication and coordination across the organization.
  • Provide guidance and support to Supervisory Officers and other staff members to ensure the successful implementation of instructional programs and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including parents, teachers, and community members.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in education and apply this knowledge to improve instructional programs and services.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Education or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in education leadership, preferably in a Catholic school board setting.
  • Proven track record of success in leading instructional programs and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve common goals.
