We are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Director to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the hotel's operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policies and Procedures: Develop, implement, and enforce policies and procedures for daily operations to ensure consistency and high standards.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage staff to ensure they are working effectively and efficiently.
  • Budgeting and Finance: Prepare and monitor budgets, as well as track revenues and expenses to maintain financial stability.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, providing solutions to resolve issues.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position that requires working on-site at the hotel. We do not offer remote work options.
