About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Superintendent to join our team at Jardeg-Construction. As a key member of our Civil Infrastructure Division, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing construction projects from the earliest stages of their life cycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in preconstruction services, including site logistics, project scheduling, and design review.
  • Manage site staffing, quality control, sub-trade coordination, and field cost control.
  • Determine construction methods, materials quantities, and work schedules.
  • Coordinate work with different crafts, company departments, and subcontractors.
  • Maintain relationships with engineering, estimating, and planning teams.
  • Monitor compliance with company and site safety programs.
  • Take an active role in hiring, training, and monitoring field personnel.
  • Assist with project meetings and claim resolution.
Requirements
  • Varying years of construction experience, with a minimum of 1-3 years in a supervisor capacity role.
  • Proficiency in structural concrete, steel, earthworks, foundations, and deep installations.
  • Proven ability to manage project values $1M - 15M.
  • Proven ability to lead mid-sized teams.
  • Knowledge of construction engineering and design.
  • Knowledge of standard construction software and management processes.
