Position Overview: Corpay is seeking an experienced Information Technology Systems Consultant to support our PayByPhone division.

This role involves direct collaboration with the Corporate IT Manager and the broader Corporate IT team to enhance productivity, foster collaboration, and maintain security for PayByPhone personnel.

Compensation: The salary range for this position is between $60K CAD and $77K CAD.

Work Environment: This position operates in a hybrid model, requiring attendance at the Vancouver office three days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee procedures for managing technology assets, including licenses and hardware.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to document and refine existing processes, consistently identifying areas for automation and improvement.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, networks, audio/visual boardrooms, printers, and SIP telephones.
  • Collaborate with the Corporate IT team to enhance internal processes and boost team productivity.
  • Create comprehensive documentation, resource guides, technical specifications, and training materials.

Qualifications:

A strong enthusiasm for technology with a focus on the end-user experience is essential.

  • Experience in administering and troubleshooting in a mixed Windows and Mac environment.
  • Proven ability to identify challenges in processes and implement solutions to mitigate technical debt.
  • Hands-on experience leading projects from inception to completion, with the capability to document progress and collaborate on larger initiatives.
  • Ability to achieve objectives while managing scope, time, quality, and risk effectively.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency with Windows and Mac systems, utilizing modern deployment strategies and MDM device management solutions such as AirWatch, Meraki, Mosyle, MDT/SCCM, and Intune.
  • Administrative knowledge is advantageous.
  • Experience with Windows Server and Active Directory for account configuration, group management, and access control.
  • Experience in supporting users with cloud-based SaaS and SSO tools like OneLogin, Okta, Microsoft 365 Suite, and G-Suite.
  • Experience managing hybrid Microsoft 365 environments, including Azure AD and Exchange Online.
  • Experience in setting up and migrating devices into Microsoft Intune and Apple Deployment programs.
  • Familiarity with Linux-based servers, programming, or scripting is a plus.
