Job Title: Senior Technical CRM Consultant

At OpsHub, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical CRM Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Professional Services and Solutions team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of software development projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Sales, Solution, Operations, and Partner teams, to ensure effective project launch and delivery.
  • Lead a team of software engineers, providing guidance, mentoring, and support to help them grow and develop their skills.
  • Develop and implement effective engineering processes, championing their adoption and ensuring seamless integration with existing workflows.
  • Proactively engage with customers, resolving issues and providing exceptional support to ensure their satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the IT industry, with a strong background in software development, professional services, or solutions.
  • Excellent technical skills, with a proven track record of working with diverse teams and technologies.
  • Strong project management, issue management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Basic knowledge of web technologies, including REST, WSDL, and others.
  • Experience with ALM/CRM tools, such as Bugzilla, Jira, TFS, Rational, VersionOne, Rally, and Salesforce, is a plus.
  • Ability to work with clients located in various regions, including the US, UK, Europe, Canada, and others.
