  5. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance leadership and administrative skills.
Requirements
  1. Ontario School Principal's Certificate - Part 1 completed or in progress.
  2. Part 1 - Religious Education or Equivalent.
  3. Part 1 - Special Education or Special Education for Administrators AQ (preferred).
  4. Submission of a recent Self Assessment Tool and Commitment to Catholic Education or Aspiring Catholic Leaders.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. A minimum of five (5) years recent teaching experience in the secondary panel.
  2. Recent experience in Catholic leadership at the school and/or system level.
Selection Criteria
  1. Leadership and administrative skills.
  2. Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and students.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Commitment to Catholic education and values.
