We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Technologist to join our team at 360 CAD Services Inc. The successful candidate will have a strong background in building design and construction, with expertise in CAD software and building information modeling (BIM).



Education and Experience


  • College diploma or certificate in a related field, such as architecture, engineering, or construction technology.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field, with a strong understanding of building design, construction methods, and materials.


Skills and Qualifications


  • Proficient in CAD software, including AutoCAD, Autodesk REVIT, and SketchUp.
  • Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.


Responsibilities


  • Design and develop building plans and models using CAD software.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate and complete designs.
  • Conduct site visits to inspect construction progress and identify potential issues.
