Job Title: Architectural Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Technologist to join our team at 360 CAD Services Inc.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our design team, including drafting, detailing, and modeling building designs using AutoCAD, Autodesk REVIT, and other software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation of construction documents, including drawings, specifications, and schedules.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and detailed building information models (BIM) using Autodesk REVIT.
  • Collaborate with designers and engineers to ensure that designs meet client requirements and industry standards.
  • Conduct site visits to gather information and ensure that designs are implemented correctly.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, designers, and contractors to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements:
  • College diploma or degree in a related field, such as architecture, engineering, or construction technology.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field, preferably in a design or construction company.
  • Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Autodesk REVIT, and other design software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with building information modeling (BIM) software and processes.
  • Knowledge of construction methods and materials.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction documents, including drawings and specifications.
