Mobile Security Supervisor

About the Role:
Guardteck Security is seeking a skilled Mobile Security Supervisor to lead our team of security professionals. As a Mobile Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective operation of our security services, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, and providing guidance and support to our security team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with all security operations, including site-specific procedures and task management.
- Lead a team of security professionals, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure their success.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting, as well as effective communication with the operations manager.
- Exercise good judgment and make decisions that benefit the customer and the property.
Requirements:
- Valid BC security license.
- Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driver's abstract.
- 1 year or more experience as a security guard.
- 6 months of driving experience.
- Prior supervisory experience is an asset.
- Proficient in the English language (verbal & written).
- Top-notch customer service, with previous experience, considered a strong asset.
- Professional approach to role; acting in a disciplined, honest, and ethical manner.
- Must be able to follow procedures and set routines effectively.
- Strong observation and communication skills.
